Our fabrics rely on major international certifications. They guarantee our customers and suppliers the sustainability of our operations and our responsibility towards the environment.
Our cotton is certified by the Better Cotton Initiative, the world’s largest non-profit dedicated to ensuring a global standard for more sustainable cotton cultivation.
Our fabrics are made exclusively with premium European linen, certified by European Flax®. This international certification guarantees the 100% European origin of the flax fiber and upholds environmental standards based on three key principles: zero irrigation, zero GMOs, and zero waste.
Our wool is RWS certified, a global standard that defines requirements for responsible wool production and animal welfare.
Our wool is certified by the GRS, an international standard that covers the recycled material content in our fabrics and ensures high standards of environmental and social sustainability in our production.
Our wool is RCS certified, the international standard that establishes guidelines for verifying the recycled content in textile products. RCS ensures that our fabrics contain at least 5% recycled fibers.
We apply the Chemical Management Protocol 4sustainability® to eliminate toxic and harmful substances in production processes through the ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) MRSL. The implementation of the Protocol ensures compliance with a series of production process management requirements by the company and its supply chain, aimed at eliminating toxic and harmful chemicals.
The level of implementation of the 4S® Protocol (Basic, Advanced, Excellence) is verified annually through a quantitative and qualitative assessment tool that ensures whether the requirements - related to organizational structures, production process mapping, chemical inventory evaluation, production traceability, and training - have been effectively applied and to what extent. 4sustainability® is the Process Factory brand fashion & luxury brands joined to the sustainability roadmap.
